Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly review your return request under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable digital products

    • Personalized/custom items

    • Sale or clearance items (if you want to exclude these — optional)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [your email address].

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
